Select the "My child has played in AYSO, but we never have used eAYSO" option of the main menu if any of the following apply to you:
     
  1. You used a preprinted form and sent it to your Registrar. They processed your application for you. You have no eAYSO user account information.
  2. Your Region was using a third party such as Clubspaces or was using the Offline module to process players. Starting this season your Region is switching to eAYSO but you have no eAYSO user account information.
  3. You previously used eAYSO to register a Player but you never created an account. Previous versions of eAYSO would allow a Player to register without an online account. Beginning this season all registration requires an account.
